One Giant Leap was founded by Alisha Kadri a change-maker, consultant and connector with over 10 years of experience creating purpose-led programmes for global brands and organisations.

Founder Alisha Kadri has previously collaborated with L’Oréal, Mugler, Santander, One Dance UK, and Manchester International Festival to deliver purpose-led programmes.
Alisha’s more recent projects include leading on the design and UK implementation of Mugler Creators, a global talent development programme for dance and music.
One Giant Leap’s programmes include Foundations in: Foundations in: Business x Creativity with Factory International, a 12 week programme empowering creatives to generate income from their creativity.
Alisha is currently Co-Chair for Castlefield Gallery in Manchester, formerly a trustee of Impermanence, and was recognised as a 100 Rising Star, The Dots in 2022.
